Hello 2008. Welcome Welcome. =)
Wow, just another blink of an eye, another year had just swept by so quickly. in just a year's time, I've been through so many ups and definitely plenty of downs, especially in college. I've been so distracted with some matters that it took away my focus on the real aim of going to college, to get good results.
well, honestly i've never been a fantastic student that studies enthusiastically before and after every lesson, complete assignments one week before datelines, studies non-stop since the beginning of sem and always hop up and down to answer the lecturer's questions to earn extra points. i'm not all that, never was. but this year, i kept myself busy with things that i myself rarely enjoy and spent a lot of nights rushing last minute work. yea, i did mention before that 'i'll never have any good ideas to write down for my assignment if i do it earlier. all creativity only comes flowing like a waterfall on the night before the dateline.'
a pretty stupid of an excuse, don't u think?
therefore,
resolution no. 1 do not procrastinate, especially in studies (obviously, cannot expect me to study everyday in the library right? my brain will die u know! read fictional books okay lah)
I've recently been to the ClearWater Sanctuary Golf Resort in Perak with my family. dad and uncle immediately rushed to tee off the moment we reached the place (swt!). me and my cousins had loads of fun doing various sports in the resort. i went fishing for the first time! and and..the first time i casted the bait in, i caught a fish! yay me! damn excited and kembang abit. also, we played tennis, badminton, basketball, table tennis, swimming, cycling and canoeing. it was super chunted FUN!
and at then, i was suddenly hit by the fact of how i was wasting my youth, my life! (lol, over-dramatic edi..keke)
i love sports, but i haven been doing sports alot in 2007, which was really really sad. I remember when i first entered college, the nights after playing basketball, i'll be super high in the hostel (for a while, then fall asleep.hehe..). nights without basketball will be super sad and moody cos ...no mood la. i need sports cos i love the adrenaline rush. well, i'm not an adrenaline junkie though. =P
i'm young, i should still be running around, doing the sports that i love, right? instead of looking back next time, wishing that i had a good back to run or strong legs to play sports. my back has been hurting and legs..always having cramps as usual, signs of aging? =S
anyway,
resolution no. 2 do more sports!
resolution no. 3 drop some responsibilities in clubs and societies to have more 'me' time
resolution no. 4 discover more about my new faith =D
resolution no. 5 spend more time with loved ones (i no longer want to be asked 'Eh, so free to come for family gathering this week wan? very long din see you already oh, not busy ar?")
hah! that took me about an hour! lol..feeling tired now. i was at sunway pyramid just four hours ago, watching fireworks, drinking red wine. i drank one whole bottle of red wine! (small one lar...heh) we were all pretty high in puiyan's car on the way out of pyramid, which took us about one hour just to cross a 100metre stretch. swt! darn a lot of cars! but we were pretty happie, honking away in the car, singing at the top of our lungs. =P haha..that's how crazy girls can get. all in good fun. =)
