was studying for my QA paper
when I got stressed of all those financial terms and whatnots...
i turned to music for solace...
didn't know what to listen to...
wanted something soothing but was sick of the usual remedies from tanya chua and colbie calliat...

then, a sudden verse of a familiar yet so strangely distant song hit me...
i googled and youtubed the song...
played it...
and felt a sudden rush of nostalgia...
strangely,
its was so comforting,
so soothing,
so overwhelming...
i've found it...
i've found the song...
the song that has been playing in the background of my life all this while,
without me noticing it...
the song that has so deeply touched me for so many years,
eventhough i've only known the first sentence of its chorus...
the song that made strong emotions welled up within...
i've always thought that
To Where You Are by josh groban was my favorite and the most touching song, ever...
till i realised about this song...
Annie's Songsuch a beautiful song that brings peace within..
with the mandolin and flute playing in the background,
i literally felt stress melting off my shoulders...
JD, thank you so much for such a wonderful song
and may you rest in peace =)
